Longevity Membership
One day with our whole team, one plan from Dr. Gezen, and a year of care to put it into practice. Everything is built on our RENEW™ Method.

Before your visit
Our care team learns your goals, history and daily life, so your visit goes to what matters most.

Your Longevity Comprehensive Physical
One full day (about 4–6 hours), in a private space kept for longevity clients. Session includes a complete medical exam, fitness and metabolic testing, a clinical movement assessment, and a nutritional consult.

What you leave with
Your Longevity Roadmap from Dr. Gezen, a professional medical executive summary mailed to you, and every result in your Nomad portal.

Your year
Dr. Gezen as your doctor, exercise programming that evolves with you, and ongoing access to your care team.
+Optional: Add Quarterly Visits. Come back every quarter to re-test, measure your progress and adjust your plan.
Bloodwork panels
Bloodwork isn’t required. If you’ve had labs done recently, we’ll bring those results into your Nomad portal. We do recommend comprehensive testing — it’s the clearest picture of where your health stands — and members have access to discounted pricing through Nomad.
