Your aerobic capacity, thresholds, fuel use and movement, measured in one visit and turned into zones you can train by.

   Before your visit

   We learn your sport, training and goals, so the testing fits you.

   Your Performance Profile

   One visit (about 2–3 hours) including a metabolic profile, blood-lactate step test, body-composition scan and a clinical movement assessment.

   What you leave with

   Personal training zones, your thresholds, fuel profile, body-composition report and a corrective exercise plan.

4. 04

   After your visit

   One month in your Nomad portal, PDF results to keep, and a recommendation for when to retest.

Bloodwork panels

Bloodwork isn’t required. If you’ve had labs done recently, we’ll bring those results into your Nomad portal. We do recommend comprehensive testing — it’s the clearest picture of where your health stands — and members have access to discounted pricing through Nomad.

You can also request a lab order to use with your own insurance. Coverage and out-of-pocket cost depend on your plan.
